From start to finish the experience was amazing. The driver had superb professionalism from the timely arrival, handling of equipment, even being very personable and friendly. The cleanliness of the truck was a surprise considering how you THINK a tow truck would be dirty but was actually like riding in your own vehicle. I requested to stop at a convenience store along the way because I knew my morning consisted being stranded at the shop with my vehicle until it was repaired of which the driver had no complaint (tipped driver for his service and extra time). Vehicle broke down on the side of the road. Called Duluth towing and they said it’d probably be an hour or two before someone got to me. 30 minutes later and Frank pulls up! He got me and my pos car back to my driveway safely and in a timely manner. He was super nice and even knowledgeable on what might be wrong with my vehicle. 10/10 would recommend these guys if you find yourself in a pinch on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere!
